The Concierge Basic Membership at SASC Health & Wellness is designed for busy adults who want direct access to a trusted provider, longer visits, and personalized, inside-out care—without the chaos of traditional office settings.

For $150/month, you receive:

One extended annual wellness visit
A deep dive into your health, labs, hormones (when appropriate), lifestyle, and goals—so we can create a personalized plan, not just refill meds.
One mid-year wellness check-in
A focused visit (in-office or telehealth) around 6 months after your annual to review progress, adjust your plan, and keep you on track.
Up to 2 sick/acute visits per month for new issues
Quick access for things like UTIs, respiratory infections, rashes, medication side effects, and other non-emergency concerns.
Important: These are limited to two sick visits per calendar month for new complaints; unused visits do not roll over. Any additional visits are billed at the current member sick-visit rate.
Priority scheduling
Members receive priority for same or next-business-day appointments when available.
Secure messaging for brief, non-urgent questions
Ask simple questions, request routine refills, or clarify your plan through our patient portal during business hours—no sitting on hold.
